Where magazine & Essential magazine
As Art Director for Where & Essential Magazines, I oversaw the creative vision and visual direction of each issue, ensuring every page reflected the publication’s sophisticated, city-savvy identity. From concept to final print, I guided the design process—developing cohesive layouts, selecting impactful imagery, refining typography, and maintaining brand consistency across all editions. Collaborating closely with editors, photographers, and illustrators, I shaped stories into compelling visual experiences that not only engaged readers but also elevated the magazine’s reputation for high-quality, stylish, and relevant content.

Second Story press
While working at Second Story Press as a book designer, I was responsible for typesetting numerous titles across a variety of genres, ensuring each book’s layout was both functional and visually engaging. One of the highlights of my time there was designing the children’s book Inkblot, a story about loving yourself as you are, where I combined playful typography and thoughtful page composition to capture the story’s imaginative spirit. From initial concept sketches to preparing final print files, I brought a balance of creativity and precision to every project, helping each book meet the press’s high standards for design and readability.
